Create your own beats and sounds, animate your favourite characters, fly like Harry Potter and build the craziest lanterns for our Light Parade. These were just some of the activities in the Creative Lights Festival project. Young people from Rose Hill Junior Youth Club designed, produced, created and organised the event as part of Oxford City Council’s Christmas Lights festival. Everything from traditional crafts to digital arts.
